My first suggestion would be to scale the shelf in the hall. This exercise works all of your muscles and the wood sharpens your claws. If Mommy did this once a day, she'd be lean in no time
The only bad thing about the shelf is the getting down part.
Another great exercise that gets your blood pumping is kick-boxing. Samson is an excellent sparring partner
Next, she needs to drink more water. She is welcome to use our fountain.

She should also eat lean, high quality protein. I eat this raw chicken cat food and it keeps me strong and my coat shiny. Mommy really needs to work on her coat. She's hardly got one!
It's really fun being a personal trainer and nutritionist! I'll let you know how my client (Mommy)progresses with my suggestions. I'm going to work her into shape!

Your mommy is going to be so fit after you get done with her! We want to see how graceful she is when she jumps up on that shelf!
ReplyDeleteBut if your mummy is eating all your food and hanging out in your spots what are you gonna do???
ReplyDeleteKeep the humans in their place I say, serving US heh heh heh...
And she should also have a nice shiny coat by the time you're both done with her!
ReplyDeleteDelilah, we heard your meow when you wanted to get up the shelf. What sweet voice you have! That was some cool climbing action! We would suggest your mom and the ball guy chase eache other through the appartement a few times a day. That makes for a lean figure too.

Delilah, you make an excellent personal trainer!! We really love your water fountain!
ReplyDeleteHa ha! We abandoned our roles as purrsonal trainers when mom injured herself...but she's healing up so we have to get back to it!
ReplyDeleteGreat tips, I would have never suggested shelf climbing to her. The plyometric moves are great to build power Delilah!
What an awesome purrsonal trainer you are, Deli!
ReplyDeleteThat bookcase looks like a rather precarious perch though. Is it secured to the wall? Be careful!
Deli, with your training assistance, how can she help but be in perfect shape? Those are some very thoughtful suggestions you have for her, and you're quite selfless to offer your own shelf, water and food to her!
ReplyDeletePurrs and hugs,
The Kitty Krew
PS - tell your mom it's only money...buying sprees are fun! :D
My Mommeh could use some of your training tips!
ReplyDeleteI love that we eat some of the same foods as you!
You're such a fantastio personal trainer, if you mum does not lose weight then she is clearly cheating!
ReplyDeleteI don't know why mommy did not try your fitness workout.
ReplyDeleteYou can always call mommy if you need help getting down, that is what the servants do.
Cindy
You are a good trainer.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great trainer you make, Deli....xxxxxxxxxx
ReplyDeleteDeli, you are a great personal trainer! But we think that if your mom tried to jump up on that shelf, she'd knock way more off of it than you did!!!
ReplyDeleteWe loved your video!!! You sure are a GRRR-8 Purrsonal trainer!!! Mom LOL'd when you started to knock effurythng off!!!
ReplyDeleteOops on a diet
ReplyDeleteI am also on a diet :(
I don't like that ....
Kareltje =^.^=
That is a great exercise plan. We especially like the shelf training program. And it is so good of you to help with the redecorating (there is just too much stuff on the shelf) while you are demonstrating.
ReplyDeleteThat is a good plan you have worked out for your mum. She is sure to lose weight if she follows it exactly.
ReplyDeleteDeli
ReplyDeleteWe fink yoo r gonna have clients linin up at yur door to become fit and healthy.
