Portrait Contest

Samson and I are very excited because The Ball Guy has offered to do a pen and ink portrait of one of our friends!

The prize is an original pen and ink (black and white) 8 1/2 x 11 portrait of one of you!

To enter, you will need to submit a photo or a link to your photo to us at themonkeycats at gmail.com (or just use the email link in our Blogger profile). The photo must be clear and in focus and the higher resolution the better, with a minimum of 1200 px on a side or at least 1 megapixel. All submissions received before Thursday, November 5th at 6pm EST, will be entered into the draw. Any cat (or dog) is eligible, even if we've never met you before. Don't forget to include your name and blog name (if applicable) when you submit your photo.

You can see The Ball Guy's work on our Friday Funnies blog but here is an example of a portrait he did of me.



We'll be announcing the winner by random draw on next Friday's blog.

P.S. I forgot to mention that in multiple cat (and dog) households, you can enter one of each of your existing pets. One photo per pet per household.

    Wow! What a pawesome contest! That is a beautiful portrait of you Deli! The Ball Guy is so talented that we'll make sure Mommy sends in a photo. Is it limited to one entry per household or one per cat? How about dogs? Yeah, we know, we ask a lot of questions don't we?

    Okay, we are going to faint now. We would do almost anything for a portrait of the Ballguy. Is it one entry per household or can we both submit our pictures? This is exciting, what a contest!
