Tortie Tuesday

Mommy finally came back late last night from her trip. She was very surprised to see that The Ball Guy had managed to cut off the last of a terrible knot of fur I had on my back!



It is such a relief to me because it was starting to itch terribly and I knew that Mommy was on the verge of bringing me to a groomer to have me shaved! It's bad enough that they cut away some of my fur, but a groomer would have taken so much more.

It was so large and in the center of my back so there was something I've wanted to do for a long time but couldn't do comfortably with that big tangle of fur - sleep on my back!



Ahhh yes! This is the life!

P.S Mommy says that because she's been out of town and not near a computer until last night, she hasn't had time to help us visit our friends. She took today off so she'll help us catch up on our visits.

    We know you must feel better with that knot of fur gone. We've heard it feels like someone is always pulling your fur - ouch!

    Knots in your furs must be No Good. We have short furs so we don't get knots but we'll purr for you to grow your furs back.

    I am really glad that the Ball Guy managed to get rid of that nasty matted fur for you. It must be such a relief to be able to sleep on your back again and show off that floofy tummy.

    Glad that your mom is back at home, it never is fun when they are away.

    We are glad to hear you can finally be a Back Sleeper, once again, Deli!!! Those balls-o-fur really are a drag sometimes. Scooter(RIP) used to get them alot and mom had to cut them off her too. Glad your mommy is home...Let the PurrFest begin...

    Ah the price of beauty. Knotted fur. A fluffy kitty in our neighbourhood was completely shaven some time a good, but her head. Horrible sight. But she's okay and beautiful again now.
