Mommy said that because of my distaste for modeling for photos, and Sweet Pea's obvious love of the camera, she had far more pictures of her for Tuesday, so I grudgingly obliged her with a few shots. She had a point, after all.
Here's my impression of a pretty Tortie in a bathtub:
Hold on! No one said anything about using the flash!
That's more like it...
Hey!
Okay, one more...but be nice!
Now you're just being abusive!
It's amazing what I have to put up with...

The things you have to do to stay in the spotlight!
ReplyDeleteYou're just lucky it was only the flash! Imagine if it had been the FAUCET!!!

(Glogirly's cat)
You beared it really well, Deli.
ReplyDeleteDelilah, you are looking Tortilicious today!
ReplyDeleteThat flashy beast is playing nasty tricks on you. You're very patient with it!
ReplyDeleteSniffie and the Florida Furkids
I know just what you mean.. Sheesh they do take liberties.. Looking good though... Hugs GJ x
ReplyDeleteLove the photos of you! You need to let the mom take more photos of you so you can have equal time in the posting of things. The more you do the photo taking the more you will be used to it. The flashy thing is a bit of a problem, as you know, that can never be something to get used to.
ReplyDeleteSee, that's the trouble with this time of year...flash flash flash! Ugh. I can hardly wait until the light returns and I can sit by a window and bask in the glow of natural light. Hang in there Delilah!
ReplyDeleteI like the photos better without the flash, anyway! Poor Deli -- she doesn't like the flashy light in her eyes, and who can blame her?
ReplyDeleteWithout the flash, you can see her beautiful big gold eyes, so I vote no flash!
We're glad you don't have to share with Sweet Pea today and that you have your bloggie all to yourself for Tortie Tuesday! :D You're looking lovely as always, Deli dear.
ReplyDeleteAnd don't worry,, we won't say anything to your mom about new flashy box things. Although, one thing we kinda like about it is that it does a better job in low light and so the flashy thing doesn't go off as much...you might like that... ;)
Purrs and hugs,
Your dark tortie sisfur, Callie
and your light tortie sisfur, Gypsy
Delilah...it's so nice seeing you have the day all to yourself...even if you hafta put up with the flash!
ReplyDeleteAww Delilah the camera loves you! I must admit I do like a couple of the pics with flash it lets me see the beautiful colors in your coat!
ReplyDeleteMOL!!! And ConCats on getting "YOUR" day back! I got mine Tuxie Tuesday back too!!! We totally rock!!!
ReplyDeletePandora
Mom tried not to use the flash but sometimes it is just necessary. You are so pretty in the tub.
ReplyDeleteI wish my mom didn't use the flash, but there's just no sunlight inside our house. I have a lot of laser eye pictures.
ReplyDeleteThis is clearly the pawparazzi's fault. You are a lovely subject.
ReplyDeleteWe thank you for putting up with all of that, Deli, cuz we LOVE seeing photos of you....you are a very beautiful gal.
ReplyDeletexxxxxxxxxx
That was not very nice of the flashy beast to annoy you on YOUR Tortie Tuesday! We did like seeing you on YOUR Tortie Tuesday day though Deli!
ReplyDeleteDelilah, I hate that flash thing too. Mom only uses it now when she's not real close to me. I just had ta put my foot (errr paw) down on that point. That's for sure!
ReplyDeleteI thought it was going to be the faucet! Oh that flashy box.
ReplyDeleteWe absolutely forbid flashes, we might be blinded and fall out of the tree.
ReplyDeleteDeli--I LOVE your eyes...mesmerizing they are....>wink<
ReplyDeleteNoir
Aww that third photo is so cute.
ReplyDeleteDelilah, flash or no flash, you are pawsomly beautiful!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteLike you,we prefer no flash, but then we have to listen to Mom whine about 'no light'!! heehee
Purrs Mickey Georgia & Tillie
WE think you deserve a double dose of treats for that! Oh, and a massage.
ReplyDeleteWe were gonna complain about the lack of BOOTIFUL Delilah, good job that your mummy got onto it before we had to...
