It is hard to do anything interesting when it's too hot, and to make matters worse, she hadn't installed the air conditioner yet! The only bearable place to sleep was on the cool floor in front of the fan. As you can see, I was too hot to groom myself properly, so please forgive the disheveled furs.
Now that the air conditioner is installed, I can go back to doing interesting things...like sleeping on a pillow.

ReplyDeleteWe know about Hot down here! Don't worry about it. Photos of you, whether you're "doing" anything at all are fine. Momma had to suppress a 'squee' at the photo of you on the pillow!

ReplyDeleteThe a/c wasn't installed??? OH my--here in Texas we got central air-kinda like our blood supply during the summer. Good thing your Mom got it installed and you could get a real good sleep...!

We don't mind one little bit for your furs to be a little messy. It is a huge job taking care of all that fluff. We just stay back in some little woods to stay cool. It is about 10 degrees cooler back there. Mom does not understand why we don't come in the house.

A/C is a neccessity! Some times we lay outside and Mommy combs us with a damp comb, it feels sooo good to have the water evaporate out of our furs.
