Mancat Monday

This week the lovely Fin is hosting Scofflaw Week. As much as I hate to disappoint the gorgeous cougar, I am just too well-behaved and I have nothing to contribute. I'll have to rely on my naughty Tortie girls to do a Scafflaw post.

Mommy was concerned because she found another sore on my head right next to my ear (the last one was at the beginning of July). It's pretty small and you may have to click on the picture to actually see it, but she's Mommy, so that means she worries. She is still not sure where I'm getting them, but since I have had stress-related problems in the past, she wants to keep an eye on them.

She's pretty sure it's not from Delilah, although we do play rough sometimes, so she trimmed my nails and is hoping it's not a result of scratching from an allergy or something.

I think she worries too much!

Samson

  6. Our Mom is the worst worryier. We think we saw the sore.Is it at the base of your ear Samson?? Wonder if Bella whapped him?? But it would be bigger than that if that was true. So who knows. If it heals up and isn't a lump, I think it is probably all right.

  7. Well usually when we has missing hair it means one of our siblings pulled in out when Mom wasn't looking.

We are purring it is nothing serious.

  16. She worries because she loves you so much, Samson!

Annie had three nicks on her nose a couple of weeks ago and our mom figured it was Annie scratching, so when Grandpa was here, they took her in to have both front and back claws clipped--easier when two or three people hold her to do it. MOL!

Hopefully trimming your own claws will have done the trick!

  17. Sampson,
Keep that sore hidden or you might end up at the evil vet! I say let it heal, and maybe the fur flocking will stay away and you can get an awesome scar! Chicks dig scars. Mommy kisses my scarred bald ears EVERY DAY!

  19. Samson, we are really sorry about your sore! We know you get stressed about stuff and we hope it's not from that - honestly, it would be better if it was from playing. Clipping your claws sounds like a good plan.

XXX and hope you feel better soon -
