Tortie Tuesday

The weather is getting colder and colder here so I've decided to pick up the pace and grow my winter coat.

Mommy says I look like a little bear with my thick coat.

I suppose I should start letting Mommy brush me more if I'm going to grow all that extra fur because my tummy fur is looking a little ratty!

Mancat Monday

It's a day of quiet reflection for me. I was very sad to hear about the passing of my friend Rusty on Saturday. He was an amazing Mancat and I know his family is missing him very much.

I'm also sending very positive thoughts and purrs to Inigo, who is struggling right now while he adjusts to his medicine and his illness. I know you can do it, Inigo. You have a lot of people who love you. Stay strong, buddy.

And some other friends of mine are having a difficult time with their current residence. I am purring that Sammy and Andy find a new apartment quickly! The auction to help them with their new place is HERE

Tortie Tuesday

One thing I've learned in the last few months is that Mommy is LAZY!

To prove my point, she's had photos of me looking like a Halloween cat for quite awhile, but they are only being posted now.

I did my scariest poses, but since it's November, I feel a little silly now.

Hopefully I can make her feel guilty enough to console me with treats.

Mancat Monday

I know, I know, you're all wondering if I spend all of my time in this box. The answer is YES!

Mommy promised me that I could keep the box as long as I didn't pee in it. I have a history of peeing in or on things that I love, like my beloved Buddy the Bunny and my DVD box, but now that I know that things I pee on go away forever, I'm doing my best not to pee in this box.

I think Mommy is secretly hoping that I break down and pee in it so that she can throw it out. I heard her tell The Ball Guy that it is 'unsightly' and 'in the way'.

I don't think my box is any more 'unsightly' than Deli's fur-covered and torn cube! At least I keep my box tidy.

Besides, I'm doing my best to cute it up by posing adorably in it.

I hope I can keep resisting the urge to pee in this box and keep it forever!

P.S. We were all very sad to hear about our friend Skeeter having to leave too soon. We are sending purrs to all of her family and friends who are missing her very much.
