Not So Easy Sunday

If you read our post on Friday, you know that Mommy's friend Jenn was considering taking one (or both) of those two gorgeous kittens. It turned out that there was an elderly lady in the Sister's neighborhood that had just lost her cat and she was very interested in having a new kitten so Jenn chose to take the beautiful dilute Calico.

Here is a picture of Sister (Cindy) and her son saying goodbye to their little sweetie before they gave her over to Jenn. It was bittersweet for Cindy; she loves those kittens so much but she knows that Jenn will be a good kitty Mom.

Samson and I are very excited about our new friend! We're also excited that Jenn and this still nameless kitten are beginning their new life together! More pictures to come!

P.S. Mommy has gathered some of our unused toys to give to the new kitten (WTH??? We have unused toys?) so we know she'll have a good time.

It sounds like the kittens will be getting good homes. But we just read Friday's post and it is sure confusing, even if it does make sense.

It is always bitter sweet to see them go to furever homes

Glad to hear the kittens are going to new homes (and of course out of YOUR fur!) Unused toys? I think that's an oxymoron.

We're happy that both kitties will have loving furever homes! I'm sure it was hard for Cindy and her son give up the kittens but I'm sure they know they will be very loved. And it's nice of your mommy to give Jenn's new kitten your toys.

Congratulations to Jenn on the beautiful new addition to her family. I think dilute calico kitties are great!

Those kitties are lucky to be going to loving forever homes, but it is sad for Sister and her son to say goodbye.

Aw! Cindy and her son were so nice to rescue the kittens, and then to make sure they had loving forever homes! They deserve a round of applause - what nice people!

Oh, that little girl kitten is a beauty! I can only imagine what she'll look like when she's fully mature! A real bundle of floof! And such purrty mewted colours, too!

I'm anxious to find out her new name.
