Now that the over-indulgent holidays are over, it's time for me to get this household back into shape!
Even I over did it a little.
I won't have trouble getting back to a healthy lifestyle, but I worry about my housemates. Samson is starting to look quite similar to a candied ham from behind (just add pineapple).
I may even need to get some recruits in to help me whip him back into shape. I'm considering asking Sweet Pea.
This in no way means that I'm starting to like her, but she's always moving, and she certainly can get Samson going.
Next time she's over, I'm going to try to get her to chase Samson around the apartment.
With these lazy hams(yes Mommy, you too), I need all the help I can get!

We understand about exercise. My human mom is lazy... My brother Sandusky sleeps a lot, I do too. But our new little one is constantly running and playing!
Maybe Sweet Pea should chase your mom around the house too!
BTW, is Sweet Pea a polydactyl? In that photo it looks like she's got an extra toe on each foot...
Whao, Sweet Pea has some groove going on! Funny, we thought we saw an extra toesie too! The good thing for us cats is that a shape up programm consists of having extra fun playing and thundering around.
Sweet Pea has some great moves! She is such a cute little Tortie, like you, Delilah!
We think our Saylor may need to do some shaping up as well. She has a new nickname, Miss Piggy!
So, Deli--are you SURE, you're not starting to like Sweat Pea? You can teach her alot, you know? And if she helps you whipping everybody in shape....And I think she looks up to you..Tortietude and all. :)
Little bouncy Sweet Pea sounds like the kittten for the job. Since it doesn't involve you being chased around, could you post a video of it?
Hmmmm...sounds like a job for Jillian from the Biggest Loser! Do you think she'd stop by to holler at Samson to get his furry butt in gear?
Sweet Pea looks up to the challenge.
Exercise, that is a great idea. We get our exercise whenever we can get our Mom to get out the laser light. Boy we love that thing. We totally go nuts running up and down the house and when there are 6 or 8 of us chasing it, it is really fun.
We believe in you, Delilah, and know you will get them all whipped into shape if you can. xxxxxxxxxxx
It's hard to get started in the Nwe year, that's for sure. Good luck in motivating your lazy hams :)
Good plan, Deli! You look just fine to me, except it looks like you've taking up smoking cigars (another bad habit).
If Samson would just follow Sweet Pea around, he'd get plenty of exercise. Wouldn't that make a cute picture?
MOL~!!! We see you've taken up cigar smoking. Is that a Cuban??? And Sweet Pea is such a little silly girl! Much like Cricket! Love her aerobics moves.
Lots of luck getting Samson back in shape!
"just add pineapple" made Mom's tea shoot out her nose! hahahahaha!
We think Samson is just purrfect the way he is! As for Sweet Pea, her feet sure don't touch the ground much. Oh to be a kitten again!
Deli, you are as gorgeous as ever today!
I think before we know it Sweet Pea will have you wrapped around her paw.. Hugs GJ x
Yes, Samson is going to get as fat as Crikey is, if he doesn't get himself whipped into shape! I'd certainly call Sweet Pea in to help with the job! ~Tristan
Sweet pea is adorable...love the lil' thumbs :). And yes, maybe she will get him movin'!
Wow, Sweet Pea can dance! She's sure full of energy. Good luck trying to whip your household into shape.
Sweet Pea certainly has a lot of energy. It makes us tired just looking at her.
I have my work cut out for me here too. She needs to "Get very sleepy" if you know what I mean.
