I'm ignoring Mommy too, but it's for a very important reason - she opened the balcony window and there are Spring smells out there that must be sniffed!
It's very important to absorb every smell and I have to concentrate very hard.

We are so ready for the spring too. It's been raining, so as soon as the sun comes out again, we know all the good smells will start sprouting.

Yes, spring smells delicious, it does, it does! It makes us all so happy, too. I don't blame you for turning your back to mom when you can sample all those wonderful new scents outside your window. I'm sure it's a highly textured and layered scent and it takes time to dissect each element.

I was able to get some spring smells in today also. Momma took me outside on the screened in porch and I sat in the sunbeams and sniffed and whiffed and sniffed some more, then I told Momma I would sit in her lap.
