Last week it was Delilah and The Monkeys' Mommy's birthdays and my Daddy had a party at our house to celebrate. There were so many people and the music was too loud!
I couldn't leave and go hang out with the other Monkeys because I had to stay here and make sure that no one played with my toys, so I hung out on top of this shelf so I could get the best view. Plus, I'm a little shy when there are too many people. This way they could praise me and tell me how cute I am, but they couldn't actually touch me.
It was a pretty stress-filled night and I couldn't wait until they all left! At least Daddy and The Monkeys' Mommy seemed to have a good time. What a night!

Awww, Sweet Pea, we can imagine it would have been exhausting and stressful! It was great the humans had such a good time, but we feel badly for you!
We are glad your mom had a great party but we know how you feel Sweet Pea with too many people - it is furry stressy.
Still at least you had a high up spot to watch them and they could admire you from afar.

Sweet Pea, we bet you saw some pretty crazy things that night when the humans loaded up with liquid nip but at least no one stole your toys!

Aw, poor Sweet Pea! You look a little crabilated there. We don't like when the humans get loud either! We usually hide under the bed!!
We hope we can leave a comment for you as Dreaded Blogger has been very bad today....Sweet Pea we are all very shy too. When people come over we all scatter and hide. Boo and Gracie never come out. Ping, and Jinx and I will and we normally check everyone out.

Oh Dear Sweet Pea, you are so very cute. It is a good thing that you were able to protect your toys from that high up place. Hope you're getting some good naps to recover from all that commotion!
I'm glad your dad and mom had a good time at the party. Hopefully nobody played with your toys. It was good that you stuck around and watched. One hates for their toys to go missing. ;)
