Tortie Tuesday

Bella has been living here for six months now and I think I've discovered something very eerie about her that has me a little concerned.

She spends a lot of time in front of our balcony window looking at the view...or so it appears. Mommy and I have noticed that at times she seems to go into a trance and then something strange happens! For example, she spent a lot of time staring at a plant on the balcony and then *POOF* it tipped over! There was no wind that day. As soon as it tipped, Bella walked away satisfied. She has done a lot of other strange things too, like she conjured up a twirling birdie show and then another time a freak storm on a clear day.

Bella's powers have become a running joke with Mommy and The Ball Guy, but I think this is very serious. Does Bella have magical powers? Can she conjure up salmon? Do all Torties get more powers when they get to 11-years old like Bella?

My biggest concern is whether she is a good Tortie Witch or a bad one...

Oh great Tortie Goddess in the sky, I know I'm only 4-years old but please grant me my Tortie Powers early so that Bella doesn't turn me into a toad!

Don't worry, Delilah. All kitties have magical powers. We can put our mom under a sleep spell, for instance. We also get her to do things only for us when she gets home before she even thinks of doing anything for her self.

We think she must be a good tortie witch, of course!

Could she send us unlimited treats? Could she give us an early Spring, please?

Cats are a favorite pet of witches and of course the were honoured in agent Egypt for their powers, so it really only makes sense that kitties have some magic in them. I am sure only good magic! :)

Happy Tuesday!

I am sure that Bella's powers are used only for good and not for evil!

Oh my, that is really scary Bella. Evidently you are a very special kitty that can knock plants over by looking at them. But we kitties do have special powers and you have a little extra special powers going on. WE are going to have to watch Splitters and Momma kitty and see if they have special powers too. Thanks for letting us know. Take care and have a super day.

We always thought we were special but we haven't made plants fall over though. We'll try to get a birdie to fall out a tree into our food bowl and see if we can do magic too.

Darlin' Deli, maybe you should walk lighty around Bella, although we're sure she will only use her powers for good things.....ask her about salmon and tell her you know two boys in Texas that love salmon also!!!!!! :)

We love all of you very much.

We think she may be learning her powers but is a good tortie witch. You don't have to worry about getting turned into a toad

I don't think Bella is a witch. I just think she has the wisdom and power that comes with age. She is able to sit still and concentrate her energies on whatever she chooses. This is something anykitty can do if they can sit still long enough and focus.

Focus pocus -- that's what it is!

Wow! Magic powers? Sammy-Joe is a cat, but not a tortie. He WISHES he had some magic powers... but then he might make the doggies disappear!
